With a decade of experience leading State Farm offices and helping members of the State Farm family, Justine plays a crucial role assisting customers with their policy needs. Justine provides exceptional service and ensures that our customers get the coverage and attention they deserve.
Outside work, Justine’s focus shifts to her three daughters. She devotes her energy to 11-year-old Mya and 3-year-old twins Aaliyah and Ava. A fun fact about Justine is her twins couldn’t be more different in their appearance and personality!

Julie is proud to be a native Berks Countian. She earned a journalism degree from the University of Alabama, where she competed on the women’s golf team. Before Sandy opened the agency in 2009, she worked as a sports reporter for the Reading Eagle newspaper. Julie is an avid runner and stays busy with her three children outside the office.
